Rain Rain Go Away

I went on a business trip to Manila in mid-August and fortunately escaped a strong typhoon that hit central Luzon (the largest archipelago) which led to a few flights being cancelled. While the weather in Singapore last weekend was not really worth jumping for, I was still glad to have just chilled out at home and met up with a few friends.

Here are some photos from the tropical cyclone that hit the Caribbean (around the same time as the weather chaos in Asia). Scary.

This was meant to be a horizontal road barrier (similar to a security checkpoint).

I was really moved with pity when I saw this photo. Please make sure you look after your pets especially during a storm.
